Welcome to Offroad Rental Hub. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Requirements

• All riders must provide a valid ID (Emirates ID or Passport) before participating in any activity.
• Participants must meet the minimum age limit specified for each vehicle category. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
• Safety gear provided (helmets, goggles) must be worn at all times while operating the vehicles.
• Riders must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that could be aggravated by off-road driving.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment or a required deposit must be made to confirm a reservation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our bookings page. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Vehicle Usage and Rules

• Vehicles are strictly for use in designated areas (Open Desert or Fenced Track) as determined by the rental agreement.
• The renter is responsible for following all instructions provided by our guides and instructors.
• Reckless driving, drifting, or intentional damage to the vehicles is strictly prohibited.
• Only the registered renter is allowed to operate the vehicle unless specifically authorized by our staff.

4. Liability and Damages

Off-road driving inherently involves risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Offroad Rental Hub will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or death resulting from the rental activity, except where caused by our gross negligence.

The renter is fully responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle due to reckless behavior, failure to follow instructions, or violation of these terms. You will be held financially liable for repair costs in such instances.

5. Re-scheduling and Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures, or unforeseen circumstances. In such events, alternative dates or a full refund will be provided. For customer-initiated cancellations, please refer to our Refund Policy.
