1. General Requirements
- All riders must provide a valid ID before participating in any activity.
- Participants must meet the minimum age limit for each vehicle category. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Safety gear provided must be worn at all times while operating the vehicles.
- Riders must be in good health and free from medical conditions that could be aggravated by off-road driving.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment or a required deposit must be made to confirm a reservation. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
3. Vehicle Usage and Rules
- Vehicles are strictly for use in designated areas as determined by the rental agreement.
- The renter is responsible for following all instructions from guides and instructors.
- Reckless driving, drifting, or intentional damage is strictly prohibited.
- Only the registered renter may operate the vehicle unless authorized by our staff.
4. Liability and Damages
Off-road driving involves risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Offroad Rental Hub is not liable for injury, property loss, or death resulting from the activity except where caused by gross negligence.
The renter is responsible for damage caused by reckless behavior, failure to follow instructions, or violation of these terms, including repair costs.
5. Re-scheduling and Cancellations
We may cancel or reschedule activities due to weather, mechanical failures, or unforeseen circumstances. Alternative dates or a full refund will be provided where applicable. For customer cancellations, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Do I need to bring identification before riding?
Yes. All riders must present a valid ID such as an Emirates ID or passport before participating.
Can someone else drive the vehicle I booked?
No. Only the registered renter may operate the vehicle unless our team gives specific prior approval.
What happens if weather affects my booking?
Activities may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons. We will offer an alternative date or a full refund where applicable.
Who is responsible for damage caused by misuse?
The renter is financially responsible for damage caused by reckless driving, ignoring instructions, or violating the terms of use.
