Refund Policy

At Offroad Rental Hub, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel a booking and receive a refund.

1. General Cancellation Rules

  • More than 48 hours notice: Customers can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity time and receive a 100% full refund.
  • 24 to 48 hours notice: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours notice (No-shows): Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity, or failure to show up, are strictly non-refundable.

2. Weather and Operational Cancellations

Your safety is our top priority. If Offroad Rental Hub is forced to cancel an activity due to severe weather conditions, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen operational issues, you will be offered the choice to either:

  • Reschedule your booking to an alternative date and time, subject to availability.
  • Receive a 100% full refund for the canceled booking.

3. Late Arrivals and Modifications

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive late, your activity duration may be shortened to avoid delaying the next scheduled group, and no partial refund will be provided for the lost time.

Requests to modify a booking (change of date, time, or vehicle) are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Modification requests made within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee or be denied.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
