Booking & Timing

Do I need to book in advance?

Advance booking is recommended, especially for sunset slots, weekends, and holidays. Same-day bookings are possible when inventory is available.

How early should I arrive?

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride so our team can complete check-in, safety briefing, and gear fitting without reducing your ride time.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability, and timing depends on how close the request is to your booking. For cancellation windows, refer to the refund policy.

Vehicles & Riding

Do I need a driving license to ride in the desert?

For off-road rental activities in designated riding areas, a road driving license is generally not required. Riders must still follow staff instructions and meet age requirements.

Which vehicle is best for beginners?

Beginner riders usually start with guided quad bike or entry-level buggy options. Our team can recommend the safest match based on your experience and group size.

Can two people share one buggy?

Yes, depending on the buggy model. We offer multi-seat options, and the available seating depends on the vehicle you choose at booking time.

Safety & Requirements

What should I wear for the desert ride?

Wear light, comfortable clothes and closed shoes. Sunglasses are helpful, and all required safety gear such as helmets and goggles is provided on site.

Is this suitable for first-time riders?

Yes. First-time riders are welcome on guided experiences. Every session starts with a safety briefing and instructions before entering the riding area.

Can children participate?

Participation depends on the activity type, minimum age, and whether the child is riding as a passenger or driver. Contact us before booking if you are planning a family group.

Payments & Policy

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major card payments and other checkout methods displayed during booking, including common digital wallet options when available.

What happens if weather affects the ride?
